I'm in this short film by my friend Jim Mahoney (co-written by Steve Eldridge):

A New Tomorrow

I think it came out really well. The script was tight, smart and emotional. Jim did a great job of thinking on his feet during the filming. My fellow actors all put in fine performances. Finally, Jim did a superb job of tying it all together in the editing.

It was entered in a contest on this web site.

Apparently we came in 23rd overall out of a field of 58. I'm told it was a very strong field. I haven't watched any of the other films myself. We did get very good marks for acting.

You can see the other entries here.

Comments:
I can't make it play- I keep coming back and trying again, as if the difference in the day of the week will help. Let me try again...

I'm sorry it is giving you trouble. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Even my dad was able to watch it. Are you sure it downloaded properly? It's a stupidly huge file. I asked them to make a smaller one, but I guess they haven't.

I tell a lie. Apparently, my Dad had the same problem, but then downloaded it from the "other entries here" link which worked. Unfortunatly that link is down now. I'll see what I can do.
